I don't have kiddos, but it works best for me to eat dinner first, wait a bit, then work out. Just fits into my schedule better. I also work out at home, not the gym. Hope you can find what works best for you and your schedule! Good luck with MFP!!!!

Good Grief! I think the people in my office think I'm crazy now! These responses just cracked me up!! Just what I needed today! On another note, I mute the tv when I step on the scale! And I agree with telling it no on the fitness tips out of spite! :laugh:

I bring my lunch to work everyday, so I log my Breakfast and Lunch while getting everything ready in the morning and snacks and dinner while preparing them!

I am just over 300 now and doing 30DS. I love the workout, and I am also looking to do something else along side it. I would say give it a shot, and see. You can also modify the exercises if you can't do them until you get more comfortable/able to do them. Don't know if that helps any... but good luck!!

I don't know of fthe top of my head, but you could always measure out the tablespoons and put them in a cup or spoon whatever your using to measure 1/3 cup until it's full?

This is such a fun topic!! I played basketball ever since about Kindergarten and even for a year in college (had a scholarship to a Division 1 school). I wrote a poem about my Grandmother's passing in 9th grade, and it was published. I have been homeless (short amounts of time) twice in my life. I'm 6'3. :happy:
