Bored with same old thing!

How do you keep from getting bored with your workouts? I have tried to start 30 day shred twice and can't seem to keep from getting bored before week two! Do you mix up your workouts? Thanks in advance for your replies!

    I easily get bored as well. Learned from my Dr as well many fitness gurus you lose more by changing up your routine. If you do the same workout daily your body gets lazy & accustomed to that work out. Walk one day & do spurts of running with your walking the next day, use weights another day,aerobic exercise another like water aerobics, etc. Find a buddy to walk with you a few days, go to aerobics class at local community or recreation center. Check out meetup.com for activitys such as hiking,biking walking clubs boating, etc. Great way to fit in exercise & meet like minded people.
