You enter it in but it doesnt affect calories and doesnt tell u anything but what u did. Adding in cardio shows calories burned why doesnt stregth????????

I recently bought the biggest loser for the x box. I just wanted to say it pretty cool and i find it fun that its a game and a challenge to match the exercise perfect i dont even notice how much time has passed lol

Tv run on bike
Anyone know if there is a way to have a turbine converter or something you can hook up to ur exercise bike so if u stop going it shuts off the tv. give a more encouragement to make an extra 10 min to finish the show your watching lol

I notice that i have an extra 50% of vitamin C or something else thats good for you like protien. Its not bad that it shows red right ??
