I notice that i have an extra 50% of vitamin C or something else thats good for you like protien.
Its not bad that it shows red right ??
I take vitamins daily and i get about 100% already so any food i eat will always make it red.
Just wondering id to much is a bad thing.

PS i know going over fat and sugar and others are very bad but i mean the vitamins mainly

2000 mg per day seems to be the toxicity level for most people, so anything above that can cause adverse problems.

Depends on the vitamin. Vitamin C is water soluble, so once you've reached your limit, your body disposes of the extra through your urine. But Vitamin D is fat soluble, meaning that it is kept in the fat stores, and overdoing it is not good because there is no good way for your body to get rid of extra. I would say if you're not sure, talk to your doctor and maybe bring in a list of foods you commonly eat as well as which supplements you are taking so they can determine if you're overdoing it or if you are on track.
