Weight fluctuation
During a week I see my weight fluctuates more than by 2 pounds. Has anyone else encountered that? How can I be sure that I am loosing weight if the difference is so large?

Differences in calories?
So, I worked out on an elliptical today for 35 minutes. The machine showed that I burned 98 calories, and MFP says 317. Why is there so much of a difference? I worry that I'll overestimate how much calories I burn.

40-30-30 micronutrients break down?
So, the question is.. if you are using custom set goals what do you set your micronutrients to be? By default with 1200 calories per day MFP gives 2500 mg of sodium (which seems too high for me, I set 1900), 13.8 g of fiber (which I feel is too low, I set 35). And then potassium, sugar, saturated fat? I have no idea what…
