I was a marshall at a track meet for 6 hrs today. I was on my feet the whole time and really don't know how to log this. Any suggestions?

How to log Slim in 6
Okay, so here's my question... who can help? I did Slim in 6 DVD "Ramp it Up" this morning. It lasts 47 minutes , approx. I logged this as CIrcuit Training... is this right? You work up a good sweat. It is strength + cardio stuff. Any thoughts?

Frustrated
Okay, so I realize that I only started last Thursday, but I have eaten within my calories and worked out daily, but it appears I have gained two pounds!?! I was never a big water drinker before and am drinking usually my 8 glasses a day. Could it be water? Any suggestions. I was hoping to see a budge in the numbers, even…
