Frustrated

Okay, so I realize that I only started last Thursday, but I have eaten within my calories and worked out daily, but it appears I have gained two pounds!?! I was never a big water drinker before and am drinking usually my 8 glasses a day. Could it be water? Any suggestions. I was hoping to see a budge in the numbers, even just a tiny bit.
