How to log Slim in 6

Okay, so here's my question... who can help? I did Slim in 6 DVD "Ramp it Up" this morning. It lasts 47 minutes , approx. I logged this as CIrcuit Training... is this right? You work up a good sweat. It is strength + cardio stuff. Any thoughts?

Do you have a heart rate monitor? Or something along like it? I use my body bugg. I plug it in right before and right after I workout!0
