Blood pressure sucess
Since maintaining a food diary, I became aware that my potassium intake was quite low. Choosing to fix that I ate fruits and vegetables that were good sources of potassium. Low and behold, my blood pressure after 9 days of this is normal. 128/68

My Fitness Pal says there is no potassium in Quinoa. When I google it, it says there are 318 gm in 1 cup cooked. Who is right? Similar situation with roasted sweet potato.

What is the RDA for calcium listed on the graph? The amount varies according to age. Wondering if graph allows for that.

I am pleased with myself as I have reached the recommended amount of daily fiber for the last 3 days. I also have greatly improved my potassium intake which has brought my blood pressure into the normal range.
