HELP!!!!!
Okay I have been on the site for 2 weeks come sat. my first week I lost 4.2 pounds. this week i am up almost 2 pounds from that. I have been a saint. i eat 1200 to 1350 cals. i exercise for 90 mins to 2 hrs daily. what is going on!!!

how often should you jump on that scale and do your measurments?? My first week I jumped on everyday. I i was thinking once a week should be about right but then someone said you should do it once a month. others say twice a week. I think going for a month wouldnt keep me on the straight and narrow.

1 large box of diet instant choc pudding (use fat free milk) 1 large container diet cool whip 1 box fat free cream cheese mix pudding then blend in the cream cheese and fold in cool whip it is a great help for those days your dying for some choc. Add a banna for some extra fun.
