To shake or not to shake? Newbie needs advice :)
Hi I'm back on mfp after some success last year and then a bit of a fail since New Year :ohwell: I'm doing 30DS each weekday and I also walk for at least two hours every day with my dogs. I've just bought New Rules Of Lifting For Women to step thing up a notch and will probably do that 2-3 times a week (or whatever it…

UK pals - Bread advice
I waste loads of my lunchtime cals on bread at the moment, particularly wraps, and want to find something lower calorie but that isn't full of rubbish. Because of the conditions I wore wellies for walking/ dancing/ jumping around etc and by Monday…

Hoping someone can help! I got my Kinect yesterday and love it. However, even though the Xbox says I'm signed in, the FE game says I'm not and when I went to do a workout this morning it wasted 10 minutes recalibrating me (I had already done that yesterday )and then wouldn't save my progress as it said I hadn't signed in -…

Newbie age 40 and want to lose 30+ lbs
:flowerforyou: Hello  I'm looking for friends for mutual support who may have something in common with me. I'm 40 (still seems like I'm talking about someone else when I write that...40??? Gawd..) To celebrate my 40th year I've been doing things I wouldn't normally do....like a 40s vintage makeover and photoshoot…
