I've cut back my calories for the past 3 days from over 2000 daily to around 1300 and I'm feeling light headed. Is that normal?:ohwell:

Hi, I'm wondering how healthy protein bars are? I sure like the idea of having something "like" a chocolate bar to snack on but wondering if it's a good choice. I had a peanut butter & chocolate Fit and Active one tonight.:bigsmile:

On day two of my journey, i found out that bratworst is loaded with fat and calories. You may want to try the Kosher dog instead.:smile:

First Day
I think this program is really going to help me. I've been trying to get 10 lbs off on my own for 4 years due to being diabetic. Any extra weight keeps my sugars elevated. I've tired of the ups and downs of the scale and feel this could be the extra boost I need to get back on track. :smile:
