Calorie calculations?
How are calorie burned calculations generated on this site? The calculations seem to be too static--everyone burns calories at different rates. I may burn less than someone else in a 45 minute workout. Help I need some light shed on this--it is bugging me. :( I don't want to take in more than I burn off.
