Calories per day Question! Please help me...Thank you!

I just tracked what I will be eating for breakfast and lunch today....I'm supposed to get around 1,760 calories per day, but I also logged the Zumba (dance) class I'll be doing this evening which is an hour long but I give it 55 minutes . It said that for 55 minutes of "general dancing" I would expend 660 calories. So this is my question. Those 660 calories have been added to my daily calories so it says I have around 1,800 calories for today. Do I have to eat those in food? And what if I don't always eat the total 1,760 calories alotted. I'm obsessing I know...but when one has more than 150 pounds to lose to be get to health and longevity....I don't have much of a choice....I want to do everything right...I want to succeed. Thank you for your advice and help.

First off, personally I put in a lower time for exrcise than I've actually done since I've found MFP overestimates calories burned through exercise.
If you get 1,760 cals a day, burn off 660... say you eat your full 1760 calories you are only netting 1100 after exercise. That is NOT good longterm.
MFP has already taken into account a calorie deficit for the calories to consume in a day based on the answers you gave in your fitness/diary profile. If you don't eat your exercise calories you are creating an even larger deficit. Less food, more exercise does not always mean more weight loss .. or any at all.
You need to eat to lose, sounds odd I know.0
