How do you guys count your cals and work outs??
And by that I mean, how do you separate the days? Do you go by what you had/did after midnight being the next day? Or do you count waking up - going to sleep as one long day? I used to count by midnight and then I realised that I would be better of counting by waking up and going to sleep. So, what do you guys do?

Hunger vs Thirst
Ok you guys, I think I read somewhere that the human brain reads thirst and hunger in very similar ways, so could it be possible that when I get hungry at random times, my body just wants something to drink instead? And do you guys recommend just drinking something when I feel hungry instead of reaching for my snack bars…

Core Rhythms
Hey has anyone else tried the Core Rhythms DVD set, and if so what do you think about it? My mother bought it ages ago and I'm considering adding it into my exercise regime but I want to know how well it works before I really start in on it.
