Hey! Anyone have any really quick and easy recipes that someone who doesn't really cook could handle? I love all the recipes I'm seeing here but they all seem like a lot of work and I don't really have the skills or time required to cook them haha! :)

Best things to do at the gym?
I usually just do some combination elliptical/treadmill/bike for about 45 - 60 mins and no weights. Is that a decent workout plan to lose weight or should I be doing something else?
