Hi! I'm Nicole and I'm really new at this! I'm 18, just finished my freshman year of college, and I'm trying to lose 25-30 lbs (hopefully by the time I go back to school at the end of August!)
It's going to be hard, but I'm hoping that by eating healthy and working out everyday It will happen!
The hardest thing for me is knowing what's healthy to eat - I don't really cook, so I tend to just snack on unhealthy things instead of taking the time to actually prepare a healthy meal.
Any advice is more than welcome!!
