Hey! Anyone have any really quick and easy recipes that someone who doesn't really cook could handle? I love all the recipes I'm seeing here but they all seem like a lot of work and I don't really have the skills or time required to cook them haha!

INGREDIENTS:
MARINADE:
3 whole chicken breasts
½ C. olive oil
½ C. lime juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. ground cumin seed
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
2 – 3 cloves garlic, minced
ACCOMPANIMENTS:
2 peppers (green/yellow/red … which ever you prefer) - fry w/ onion
1 large vidalia onion - fry w/ peppers
lettuce
tomatoes
refried beans
sour cream
guacamole
soft tortilla shells (warmed)
sharp cheddar cheese
salsa
tortilla chips
DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients, add chicken breasts (halved) and marinate at least 1 hour. (I use zip-lock freezer bag to marinate in.) I recommend to reserve a little of the marinade to sautee the onion/peppers before adding raw chicken to marinade. Cook chicken thoroughly (I prefer grilling). Use the reserved marinade to pan fry onion and peppers to desired texture.0 -

i had this today:
spicy chicken and bean pasta:
90g of wholewheat penne pasta
canned kidney beans in chili sauce (1/2 tin)
pasata sauce (100g)
half a chopped onion
half a green pepper
2 chicken thighs
black pepper/ spices for seasoning
just boil the pasta and, in a seperate pan, cook the chicken peppers and onions (i used fry light instead of oil)
when cooked through add the kidney beans and pasata sauce and black pepper to taste.
mix together and voila! ready in 20 mins, full of protein, healthy and filling.0
