Best things to do at the gym?

I usually just do some combination elliptical/treadmill/bike for about 45 - 60 mins and no weights. Is that a decent workout plan to lose weight or should I be doing something else?

    I highly suggest doing some form of weight/ resistance trainning. If you do some research there sis tons of proof out there saying that weight trainnging actually causes a metabolic reaction for up to 3 to 4 hours after you finsish. where as with cardio, once you stop, the burn stops. You need both forms of excerise.

    Not to mention that lean muscle burns calories more effeciently on a regular basis :)
