I don't know if this is a dumb question, but does anyone know if you are supposed to eat the calories you burn off exercising? I thought I read that somewhere...but it sounds a bit like it defeats the purpose :noway:
I am fairly new to this site. I've been doing this for about a month. I've lost 8.5 lbs since beginning (actually 13 if you count re-losing the 5lbs I gained on a trip to Texas).
