Has anyone done or is doing the rushfit program? Would be interested in feedback.
MFP has set my cals at 80% carbs. 10% fats and Proteins. Is there a way to change it to let's say 50, 20, 30. I am always over my protein allowance and under my carbs. Plus I find it is way to many carbs for me.
