How to kick my plateau!
I don't eat many carbs and i'm already totally gluten-free(for like 10+ years). Less bulky option than the bodybugg?
My friend wears the bodybugg constantly and you can see it under all of her clothes. While she's looking great and getting many benefits from the device, I'd love to be able to have those benefits without the bulky option. Does anyone use something like this? Thank you in advance.
