Sugars

Recently, I decided to start monitoring my sugars in the food log. That was a horrible idea because as a perfectionist, I can't seem to get the caloric value, sugars and proteins where they are suppose to be. I can't justify not calculating the sugars anymore, knowing they are still a problem. So, I need to know how to deal with my Starbucks addiction and love for Strawberries, which the combination of those two food choices are killing my numbers!

Natural Sugars found in fruits and vegetables, are different than added sugars. MFP does not differentiate between the two! As far as your Starbucks addiction, try sugar free, skim milk, varieties.0

But still,
How many natural sugars should I be consuming versus bad sugars? Is there another website that can help me with this? I mean, I do think I'm eating too many strawberries since they have 17 grams of sugar.
Starbucks problem: I have reduced but it's still 190 calories and enough sugars to push me over my 1200 calorie diet.0
