Has anyone read this book or live by their healthy eating lifestyles? I'm very curious about their 2 week meal plan, but I have been unable to find any layout online...just lots of 1 day examples - and I want an idea of the whole picutre. Thanks!

HIIT
If you do this on a treadmill, when do you start your time for your "intense" running- once you've started going full pace or as the dreadmill, or I mean treadmill, starts to speed starts increase? My TM takes a few seconds to speed up, so I feel like I am losing time at my peak. Thanks!

time frames of losing/gaining weight
Does anyone know how long it takes to actually gain or lose weight? If I eat 3500 cal over today, how long will that lb actually reflect in my weight? Or visa versa, if I lost 3500 calories today, how long before would it relfect in my weight? I have such a hard time believing that I would wake up tomorrow up and the…
