Insane amounts of energy!
I've really been watching my diet and avidly going to the gym and I'm happy to say that I've been experiencing EXTREME amounts of energy. We're talking like pregnancy-nesting-rivalry energy. Does anyone else experience that when they go harder than yesterday at the gym, eat more veggies and fruits, get more sleep, etc?
