Im trying to keep my lunch calorie count to 200 or less, anyone out there got any suggestions other than salad or soup?? Im getting bored.

This is day one for me on this site/system. A year ago I lost 8.5 stone but have since put about 3 stone back on and this is the way Im going to try to tackle it.
