This is day one for me on this site/system. A year ago I lost 8.5 stone but have since put about 3 stone back on and this is the way Im going to try to tackle it. Im suprised how little food 1200 calories gets you, but I know I need to make better choices. I want to learn how to eat food without abusing food. Im keen now but know that its not always east to maintain that initial momentum. So as I say, here we go then!
