New Starter

Hello, I've just re-joined my fitness pal. I've just finished a 10-week course with second nature which is a low carb diet and I have been quite successful. However, I cannot afford to pay their monthly fees so I'm going out on my own! I'm hoping to be able to use MFP to support me in this. I have recently been told that Im pre-diabetic so I need to address that also. Any advice or input on how to get the most from MFP would be very welcome
