Maybe a lettuce wrap with low sodium turkey, tomato, pepper strips, chopped olives, and a little lowfat cottage cheese.

Tuna salad made w/ light mayo, a large carrot, a glass of V8 = 225 cals

A large bowl of soup and a small piece of chicken = 215

omelet (2 whole eggs plus 2 whites) with a slice of chicken/ham is about 200
carrot batons and LF cottage cheese and a pickled egg
roll with ham and LF cheese spread (can add salad if you want)
small tin of low sugar beans with 1 or 2 rivita thins
small tin of low fat mac and cheese with a rivita thin
130g jacket potato (a small one) with some LF cheese spread and a slice of ham

a sandwich thin is 100 calories. 3 ounces of turkey meat is 105 calories and a laughing cow light cheese wedge is 35 calories. You could use less turkey and make a yummy sandwich or leave out the cheese.

May I ask how much you are aiming at for your daily intake? you may add some calories at lunch to keep energized for your daily activities and lower the intake at dinner time. That would also broaden your selection of food for lunch. Otherwise, you may look at egg whites, veggies, very low fat cheese, low calorie bread (100 for a thin bun, can make a 200 calories sandwich including cheese and good quality ham), lentils and diced tomatoes + spices, vegetarian and vegan meals prepared without fat, etc.
