Does anyone know how long after an hour of cardio at the gym you keep burning food at the higher rate? I know exercise increases the metabolic rate but for how long?:bigsmile:
I'm unloading my guilt now as I intend to have a porkpie and mushy peas with mint sauce, large jacket potato and cherry crumble and cream at tonights bonfire and firework display! I'll just have to think thin thoughts and go to the gym tomorrow.....:drinker:
