Maybe a stupid question
I'm on a 1200 calorie day but when you exercise you gain calories...should you eat the calories you gained or should you stick to the 1200 no matter how many calories you have extra to spare? Does that make sense?

Best Running Shoes
I don't run long distances but I have been told I'm wearing the wrong shoes for running. I wear Champion (Payless brand) Fit lite or something like that. I'm walking a lot more than I'm running, I'll run sprints, to get my heartrate up then drop back down to a fast pace walk.

Best workouts for me?
I'm currently walking / jogging intervals for 30 minutes a day along with 5 sets of 10 crunches every night. I also want to work out my inner thighs and butt, is there anything i can add to my workout to get them going? Is there anything differently I should do to work out my ab muscles?
