Using MFP values vs TDEE?
Right now I have my diary set to MFP values and I just calculated my TDEE via http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/ MFP says I should eat 1200 calories a day, workout for 45 minutes 5x a week to burn 1.5 pounds a week.
