Running Intervals

When I'm on the treadmill, I walk for 10 minutes, usually at 3.5 or 4.0 mph and at least a 2.5 incline, then I run at 6.5 and a 1.0 incline for as long as I can, hasn't ever been more for 2 minutes then back down to the beginning. My question is, how many minutes or at what HR should I start running again? My HR is usually at 180-188 when I'm running.

    If you are looking for more structure for your running try the C25K plan.

    Usually when you catch your breath again. A minute or so.
