Level 3
I'm just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on level 3. I just did it for the first time and I did not enjoy it at all. All the jumping exercises are too hard on my knees and I feel like if I don't do the jumping aspect, then I'm not getting a decent enough workout. Thoughts?

What can be done for sore muscles?
Hi everyone! I just finished day 3 of the 30DS and my muscles are killing me! I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what I can do to help my poor muscles. Hot baths / showers? I heard that eating bananas help because of the potassium. Does anyone want to share their suggestions or tips?

What level to do when?
I'm just about to start my 30DS. I previewed level 1 last night and am a little scared. Haha. I was wondering when you're supposed to move up a level. Do you do a certain amount of days at level 1 and then move to level 2? Or can you do all 30 days at level 1? Is there a specific schedule? Thanks for any input!
