NSV - Wedding Band
I can FINALLY slip my wedding band off of my finger with out having to lube the crap out of my finger with soapy water! I cannot tell you how happy I am (ok, I did make a post about it) and it hasn't been like this in 3 years! Things will only get better from here! Now...just not to drop it....

Adding burned calories for heat/cold?
I live in the central valley of Calif. and it gets very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter, for example today is suppose to be 100 with no to little breeze (dry heat). My husband and I started C25K last week and we wondered if we should be adding more calories into our burn because of the temperature.

Dead Lift - I'm just not feeling it
I am doing Chalean Extreme Burn Phase and today I was doing the dead lift routine with a row and I am just not feeling anything in my legs. If I didn't have the weights I could do that pose over & over which leads me to thinking that I'm doing it wrong. Any pointers so I can get a full workout with the move/pose?

I am working out 1-2 times a day, 6 days a week. I do Chalean Extreme 3 days a week and some type of cardio 6-7 days a week (Zumba, Turbo Fire starting Monday, power walk) and I've been reading up on Recovery drinks. When do I need one? What's the most cost effective recovery drink? Any other info I need?

3 words - Calf Raises, WOW!
OUCH! I walked to the grocery store with DD in the stroller and I decided that I'd do calf raises at the stop lights to keep my HR up and get some bonus exercises. Yee-ouch! 42 at the first light & 38 at the 2nd. I think I was lucky to by stopped by only 1 light on my way home, 39.

Help - Wii won't read Zumba Disc
My Wii suddenly stopped reading my Zumba disc...1 week out of warranty too, ugh! The disc has been in the console and working up until this morning. I boiled the disc and it still won't read. Any other tips I could try?

NSV - Zipped up my 16s
I haven't been able to zip up my size 16 jeans in MONTHS and I was finally able to do so yesterday! I still had a muffin top, but I could zip em up, whooo hooo! Next step, wearing them comfortably!

Reusing a water bottle
I have a liter sized water bottle that I refill 3-4 times a day. My Mom said it's dangerous because the plastic sheds toxins after 2 reuses. I'd think if it was dangerous to refill it then it wouldn't be on the shelf at all, the toxins would be shed while the bottle sits there. Thoughts?
