Water Intake
I am dieting and I continuously hear from a "mentor" to drink water, drink water. I've heard that you want to drink half your weight in ounces. What is the reasoning behind this and why is it so important when you're dieting? I understand when you are doing exercise, but what about when you're mainly eating better?

Why in the world doesn't MFP have the option to set your ticker on Facebook? I have a myspace, but I don't really use it, && I use Facebook the most... Hopefully this will be something they add in the near future :)
