I've heard it both ways. A lot of people have strong opinions on this. What works best for me is I try not to eat my calories I burned; however, if I am still hungry, I will eat at least some of the calories. I definitely eat 1200 per day though regardless if I work out or not.

I love it! I'm from the south and it's just a way people show respect :) Nobody means any harm by it! I'm 21 and I get called ma'am all the time. And hun, and sweetie. It's just people's way of being polite and respectful. I would take it as a compliment :)

I count plain ol' water as water, I never thought about the coffee having water in it. :) I guess it's just up to personal preference.

Omgosh! That use to be me too! I would order a full order of Shrimp && Chicken fajita's (without the fattening shell) && eat it all in one sitting. I LOVE Nike's. They are a little expensive, but they're worth it. I know when I was pregnant (I gained 60 lbs I was HUGE && my feet swelled a lot) I wore Dr. Scholl's (Spelling) && I got them from Wal-mart. They were AMAZING!
