Do you guys experience this..?
So started working out last summer to lose weight to get ready for senior year of HS (i still work out now). I went from 256-185 but when i look in the mirror, i still see myself as a fat guy even though my friends say i lost a lot of weight and that i look better. I can't seem to seethe changes i've made.

How long did it take for you to see any change?

Belly sags like a bag of sand
so i lost weight (259-194) and my belly seems to sag a lot than it did before. When i lean forward, i see that all the skin centers around in the middle and when i squish it or touch it, it feels like a water balloon that is half full..like nothing is there lol. Any tips on how i can get rid of it? My belly used to be hard…

I'm gabrielle and i started to get my body in shape around the summer of 2011. I went from about 259 to 194 right now. I havent used this site since i started last year and im back again because i wanna lose more, so i started p90x (i finished insanity last year) . Feel free to add me
