Belly sags like a bag of sand

so i lost weight (259-194) and my belly seems to sag a lot than it did before. When i lean forward, i see that all the skin centers around in the middle and when i squish it or touch it, it feels like a water balloon that is half full..like nothing is there lol.

Any tips on how i can get rid of it? My belly used to be hard now im like the pilsbury doughboy

    Blood has to get to the fat in order to loose weight. The areas that get the most traffic are going to be more juicy.
  • so i guess more situps or in my case..try harder in them ab ripper x workouts (im doing p90x day 5)

    You can't really spot reduce, unless it involves a doctor with a suction hose. It's just going to come from wherever the blood can get it from.
    Just stick to a caloric deficit and whatever exercise program you like best and keep on keeping on.
