changes in sleep and temp.
so i am on day 19 or 20 of upping my cals. going the slow route. was already at bmr so upping to tdee -15% for a month then going to do tdee. so far i am up a few pounds and inches but mostly i have noticed that my temp especially at night :blushing: has gone way up also i am sleeping a lot more than before. has anyone…
