Overeating from what!?
I tend to eat, eat, and eat. As a result, Ive gained 7 lbs since the new year. Not much, sure, but its unnecessary. This past weekend I caught myself eating anything and everything in sight. Why? Am I lacking nutrients? What foods can I eat to satisfy my hunger?

BMR vs Calories consumed
My BMR indictor suggests I need 1,400 calories. Yet, I'm only consuming a net of 1,200 calories. Should I increase my caloric consumption? Could this by why I'm not see these last 10 lbs come off?

Have I platteaued?
I have managed to eat within my goal and I've ran on a regular basis. I didn't lose an ounce of weight this week and I measured exactly the same. How do I break this plateau?

Saggy Mid Section
Help! I'm losing weight but I'm predicting saggy skin around my mid section. I'm fluctuating around 135 but I feel my mid section hasn't quite caught up. Along with counting calories, I run on a regular basis. I've gone through 1 pregnancy, so I understand. Has anyone found a solution to minimize the 'extra'?

Late Night Hunger
So, I'm fairly good at eating healthy throughout the day, exercising on a regular basis, and generally maintain within my caloric goal.
