Tofu Satay - Take away calories
I know this is not the healthiest meal ever, but I am having a treat, does anyone have a rough guesstimate of calories so I can track this? I know this is vague also as you don't know the size of a portion, but just imagine your average takeaway tin foil tray? Any help would be great thanks :)

C25k / runners , tracking miles/speed?
Hey everybody! I am currently at the end of week 3 of c25k, and want to start tracking my speed and distance of each run, so I can see how I am progressing. How do you guys do it? Have you bought a special gadget, or is there an good app for my phone? I have a blackberry curve 8520. Thanks :)

I am looking for a way to get protein into my diet because at the moment I am constantly falling way below my recommended amount.
