Sweating it out
I feel a cold coming on! Can one really sweat it out at the gym? I've been on a great roll with my eating and exercise and don't really want to stop my workouts. I went this morning and wore extra clothes and sweated waaaay more then usual, and my sinuses have actually cleared a bit. Just curious.

Super Happy :)
Weight loss goal reached!! After 10 months of eating healthy, exercise, and dedication I'm down 110 lbs. I never thought in a million years I'd be one of those people at the gym every morning by 4:00 or the one holding up the grocery isles reading lables. Feels good.... damn good. Happy day everyone :)

I've been attempting to fit jogging into my exercise regimen.... I can't seem to get past 20 min! I usually go between 4.5 - 5 mph. How do I break this running "plateau" I really want to be able to adopt this form of exercise, and reap its benefits. I do this walk/run at least 4 - 5 times a week. Thank you!!!!
