Sweating it out

I feel a cold coming on!
Can one really sweat it out at the gym?
I've been on a great roll with my eating and exercise and don't really want to stop my workouts. I went this morning and wore extra clothes and sweated waaaay more then usual, and my sinuses have actually cleared a bit.
Just curious.

Working out can certainly boost your immunity. If you have a cough, or fever or anything restricting your breathing, your not supposed to work out. But just feeling blah? You can actually fight it off. (so they say) with exercise, a bit of extra sleep and a vitamin c.0
