Back from Vacation
Hi. I've been home from vacation for 17 days. I can't get myself back into the swing of things. I haven't been working out, I've been eating everything under the sun and I feel so crappy. Last night I ate 10 mini chocolate bars and a peep. I hate peeps. This is a cry for motivation help =)

Running shoes

Low Calorie Alchoholic Drinks
I'm not a big drinker, but on the weekends I like to have a couple yummy drinks and I find that they always tend to put me over my calories. Any suggestions on what I could drink?

New Routine
Hi. So i'm going to be starting the 30 Day Shred tomorrow. Currently I do an hour of cardio a day so i'm going to be doing this on top of that. Does anyone have any suggestions? Maybe on food to eat after or during it? I'm looking for some food that will give me energy!

Do you eat your activity calories?!?
I'm normally really good about not eating the calories I burn while working out, but sometimes I'll eat my daily calories AND ALL the activity calories. Does anyone else do this? If so, do you feel guilty too?!?
