New Routine

Hi. So i'm going to be starting the 30 Day Shred tomorrow. Currently I do an hour of cardio a day so i'm going to be doing this on top of that. Does anyone have any suggestions? Maybe on food to eat after or during it? I'm looking for some food that will give me energy!

    Hey,

    I usually eat after exercise however many people suggest eating beforehand. Just a snack to keep your metabolism up so i'd suggest fruit or nuts.
