Tips on reducing breast size??
LADIES.... when you lost weight did it come off your breasts? I've always been a size F and they NEVER seem to shrink. Just wondering if anyones has and tips for same?! When i was my ideal weight os 8stone10, they where still the same size! thanks :)

Weekdays v Weekends
Just looking some advice. During the week i tend to have a minus balance of approx 300-500 calories per day Monday-Thursday. Then Friday-Sunday i go over my calories by 100-300 calories.
