Great Wkdays/Bad Wkends

I've never seemed to be able to 'break this trait'. I eat very very well during the week, basically cut out wheat/caffiene etc and eat loads of fruit/veggies, i guess cos i'm at work i bring in exactly what i need to eat, then come the weekends, it's out for a meal, with a beer, cinema with hot-nuts, chocolate and then Sunday morning a bacon and egg muffin. Just worried that this will hinder my weight loss? Any ideas how to improve on this bar to cut any sort of social life? lol..
PS, i did use to go to the pub all wkend, so i have got better!!!
