Giving up too easily :(

Hope you can help... i used to be 8 stone 10 and am now 10stone. Hoping to get back to were i was. My problem is that although i've always exercised 5 or 6 days a wk at the minute i'm down to once a wk if that - because ' it's too cold' (what a stupid excuse - i'm just being lazy!) or because 'i can't get up in the mornings as too cold and dark' then in the evenings i don't wanna leave the couch!

My problem is that i'm either super super dooper strict, ie 1200 calories/day, exercising 6 days a wk, doing Insanity and gym sometimes twice a day, loose about 8/9pounds in 3 wks, then in the 4th wk my weight stays the same and I just give up and do nothing for weeks on end - eat junk and go a walk if that.

Can anyone help? Any tips to get past this 4th wk period and to keep it up. Can't seem to get a balance it's either all or nothing with me :(
