Many thanks ladies, appreciate both replies. I love Insanity but it is difficult especially for beginners. I suggest either JM 30day shred or JM Ripped in 30 days to begin with first. I love all of these DVDs. I've tried a lot of others but these are best imo :):) Good luck :)

Thanks everyone :) Appreciate all the replies. I guess the reason i have treats, such as a chinese/out for a meal as it's because i see that day or two as my treat day as i've eat so healithy all week. Yip.. i generally eat 1100-1300 then ontop of this burn a load of calories doing JM Ripped in 30 every morning before work then either walk home from work which is 30mins or go swimming 45mins. I know people on this forum think thats unhealthy as i need to eat the calories i've burned exercising but i'm eating enough imo.…

Woo you all sound crazy to me! I start work at 9am, husband starts at 7.30am, so i get up 'early' with him at 7am, drop him into work and come home to workout 7.30 to 8.30am, showered and in work at 9am. Thanks for the reply... however, i am happy with whats happening to my body at the minute. Have lost a lot of inches, clothes are bigger and arms/tummy has became a lot more toned. at the minute it's working for me, however if i plateau in a few weeks i will look at increasing the calorie take. Thank you :):) I found 5 days easy.. well 5 breakfast/lunches was easy. The dinners not so as i'm not a fish fan otherwise would have been a lot easier. Relied on baked potato's and rice! Both are fabulous, esp for a quick workout! I have done 30DS in the past and found it not too bad. I'm on day 5 of RI30 and loving it. Using heavier weights now also :) I hear wk 3 is a killer so looking forward to that .. is that a bad thing? Go for it, buy both, try 30DS first followed by RI30 :)

Looking forward to reading more replies as I'm in the exact same position! My daily eat is 1200... today i'm less than that and did a workout this morning, therefore netted out would be about 800! I'm on a detox otherwise i'd be running for a bit of shortbread after working that out!!! lol..
